I've been playing with the webcam again - what was once a picture of the Christmas tree outside my house is now a caterpillar called Rachel. See it all on the Caterpillar Cam.

Since Newark is only 30 miles or so from my house I decided that I really should go to the Newark Kit Car Show.

It's been over a year since the last update here, but things have been happening - there's this years kitcar show report, and I've added a whole new gallery of my Brothers's build. Enjoy!

I finally got around to updating the bench page with the last few pictures. I was so impressed with my new bench that I built another one just like it! The 2nd one took half the time and is twice as good...

Those of you who have been reading the guest book may have noticed lots of new baby comments. That's because there has been a hidden baby birth page. Now it is hidden no more - Crazy Cam checks out child birth!

Also - being a new dad again I decided that it was time to build a new bench - read the story in handy hints...

Woohoo - finally got back to updating the website! We've sold the house in Scotland and moved again, baby#2 is late by 8 days, and there's no room in the garage. On the bright side the website has now moved to a new server, is written in php, and should get some more features added soon - like the guestbook I just added!.

Dunno if you recall but I started a welding course when I moved. I have finally got round to writing it up in "Crazy Cam checks out a welding course" - expect weekly updates unless it's a bank holiday. (which it is next week!)

This week Crazy Cam checks out pipe bending! I bought a cheap pipe bender on Ebay and some expensive pipe (and tube) to play with. See the report on pipe bending to find out how it all fits together...

New Handy Hint added. Fish mouths - Everything you need to know about fish's mouths. This describes several ways to profile a piece of tube to fit around another and introduces my very own method using only straight cuts!

Much to my surprise, I've had a couple of emails about the rail on the SCORR stand at the Kit Car Show so I've updated the report to include some more details.

New feature added - "Crazy Cam checks it out". This is where I tell you all about stuff not really covered in the build. First item is a report on The National Kitcar Show that was held at Stoneleigh last weekend.

I'm on the move again. In October last year I got made redundant from my job in Scotland and now I've had to move to Northamptonshire in order to get work.

This means that Crazy Cam's House Build project is now for sale and if you fancy it then drop me an email.

On the up side it means that the deathwagon project has started up again. I've enrolled in a welding course (better learn how to do it properly) and am all set to start the build once we buy a house - we're renting at the moment and the garage is full of boxes. The Spitfire is for sale too if anyone makes me a good enough offer.
